Most low speed vehicle (LSV) owners waste precious hours and visits to their local tax collector's (DMV) office trying to register and tag their cart because their documentation is erroneous and/or incomplete. For just $49, we'll save you hours by answering your questions, reviewing all of your documentation, referring you to an insurance broker, and then completing your title application.

MSOs or MCOs for Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs) can be exchanged for a Florida Title at your local tax collector's (DMV) office. We'll review yours to make sure it's for a Low Speed Vehicle (not a golf cart) and properly completed by the original dealer or reseller.

The MCO or MSO is proof of ownership, but the Bill of Sale or Receipt of purchase proves you 1) paid a licensed dealer for it and 2) paid the dealer taxes on the sale. Only licensed Florida motor vehicle dealers are authorized to legally sell low speed vehicles (LSVs) and issue MCOs and MSOs that require their licensed dealer number. HSMV Form 82050 should be used when purchasing an LSV from a non-dealer.

Like a car, your low speed vehicle insurance policy must carry a minimum of $10,000 in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and a minimum of $10,000 in Property Damage Liability (PDL). Not all insurance companies write low speed vehicle policies for Florida. We'll refer you to a broker that will get you insured.

The title application Form HSMV 82040 must be completed correctly. We'll email you your completed title application form after confirming your MCO/MSO, Bill of Sale, and Insurance Card are complete and correct.
